AEOS 7 keeps supporting all the advantages of AEOS 6 while implementing an upgraded features optimized for core application.
 

Advanced OAM

  • Boot from SD card slot
    Simply insert the SD card into the spare unit to transfer Config and Firm. Apresia brings you high availability and OpEx savings by quick and easy recovery from failure.

 

Operational stability

 
  • Stable control of each protocol via new CPU
    High performance chassis-class CPU meets the needs of core application for mid-scale enterprises.
  • Task STOP command for each function such as; OSPF, BGP, RIP, LACP, RSTP, MSTP, PIM, 802.1X
    Each default task can be stopped by itself, without affecting other tasks.
    Stopping unused functions allows effective use of internal resources.
 

IPv6 support

 
  • Implementation of IPv6 hardware routing.
  • Support for dual-stack configuration that seamlessly transfers the system from IPv4 to IPv6.
