End-to-End Priority Control |

Recommending ToS method capable of identifying traffic via WAN
Use of ToS remarking enables control even in a non-ToS compliant terminal environment.
- Unlike CoS, priority control of the ToS method does not rely on VLAN-TAG as it uses the ToS field value in the IP
header. Therefore, end-to-end control is possible with consistent ToS value even if it is routed via WAN.
- In a hybrid network mixed with multiple applications, ToS remarking can change the DSCP value or grant DSCP value
to terminals that do not support ToS, in accordance with the priority degree of each application.
